Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) is closely monitoring the chance of severe weather today and tomorrow across our service area. Heavy rain, frequent lightning, strong winds, and hail are in the forecast.
We’re taking steps to ensure we’re ready to support customers if outages occur.
Our storm restoration team, including lineworkers, damage assessors, and tree‑trimming experts, will begin the process of restoring power once it is safe to do so.

I&M understands a power outage is never convenient, especially after a storm. Here are a few things you can do to prepare:

Log into your account to get the latest on whether we detect an outage at your address and estimated restoration times.
For updates on your neighborhood, check the real-time outage map.
We process outage reports immediately; your reports help us track outages and provide updates, 24-hours a day.
Receive text messages or emails when your outage information is updated.
The outage map provides real-time information about power outages affecting our customers.

“Remember User ID” helps you log in without having to memorize your ID or look it up every time. When you opt in, we automatically fill in your ID from then on. To avoid unauthorized access, you’ll still have to enter your password.
