Working through the night to restore power

Update: 3/13/2026 11:24 PM ET

It may be dark out, but our crews will work around the clock until everyone's lights are back on. About 190,000 customers are without power, down from the peak of more than 250,000. Our line, forestry and field teams will continue to assess damage, clear downed trees and respond to outages throughout the night. The strong winds made it unsafe for crews to use bucket trucks during the day but they're making progress as quickly and safely as they can. Traffic lights may be out and roads closed or blocked with fallen trees and debris, so please take your time and drive safely if you're out tonight.

We know it's frustrating and stressful to be without power. We appreciate your patience and we'll continue to share updates as we have them. Remember: NEVER touch a downed power line or anything it may be touching. Please stay safe.
